This digitalization workshop is very practical, we show you our three stages of digitization:

Stage 1 Data Digitization: how do I store, secure and archive my data in e-format?

Stage 2 Processes Digitization: which business processes can I automate and how?

Stage 3 Digitization with AI: when can I use which AI processes for digitization?

We show you in each stage of digitization the tools used with advantages and disadvantages with a small introduction to these tools and how and if these tools can be integrated together. We run a use case here. I am a medium-sized company and I would like to digitize! From internal planning of employees and projects to managing customers, marketing campaign to the use of artificial intelligence to automate and optimize certain complex processes and procedures. It is a very interesting workshop that will accompany you for 3 days and will completely change the concept of digitalization. We don't preach tiresome theory here but are PhD computer scientists, professors at elite universities, book authors and companies and know exactly what we are talking about. Some of our trainers are developing such digitalization tools themselves using state-of-the-art AI techniques for several industries.

The course has only one goal, to reach under your arms and help you on your way to digitalization in practice: I am a medium-sized business: what is the best way to digitize? The course offers many possible solutions, many tools, processes and proven methods with which you can digitize the various areas in your company.

CERTIFICATE

Of course, as a participant in the digitalization course you will receive a certificate. The prerequisite for this is the complete participation in all course units and tasks. However, after this intensive digitalization training you will have more fun than stress.

The agenda is written in English due to the numerous technical terms. Descriptions as well as course material are provided in German. You can book the course either in German or English.
